This program provides the opportunity for businesses that are not yet ready to commit to office space, to use, and pay for, only the services they need. The service is available for an unlimited time, and can be canceled at any time, with thirty days written notice. It provides a professional appearance for any size of business.

Telephone Answering Service

• Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Calls answered in your company name.
• Calls transferred to you wherever you are.

Local Telephone Number

• Telephone number unique to your business
• For use on business cards, stationery, etc.

Voice Mail

• Calls transferred, if you aren't available, during business hours
• Automatic transfer, outside business hours
• No limit to number of messages which can be stored
• Message retrieval possible from almost anywhere

Mailing Address

• Our business address becomes your business address
• Mail sorted and held in a secure area for your collection

Conference Room or Day Office

• Use for up to eight hours in any month.
• Includes local phone service. (Long distance phone service billed)

Note: You can also use our fax service, photocopiers, outgoing mail and shipping services. These are billed on an as used basis and billed at the end of each month
